Als een zonnestraal in de reflectie
van een spiegelscherf.

‘Een klein requiem voor vergankelijkheid’ (A small requiem for trancience) is an ode to the temporary. The falling string glissandi that fall into each other as a sign of decay in unforeseen, random sequences.
Distorted cellosounds and electronics as a base. And then the contrasting, heavenly vocal line which seems to emphasize the ongoing detriment even more compellingly.
But is it bad, this ongoing? Or do we experience the beauty of the trancience?
